When you first open a bag of Origin you will be overcome with the sweet aroma of blueberry, which is extended into the cup along with a light underlining mocha sweetness. As a natural processed coffee you will find the body full, the acidity well pronounced and balanced. The mouth feel is thick with a long lasting candy aftertaste. Origin is best enjoyed as an espresso yet as a milk-based beverage the fruit notes and sweetness really cut through.

The beans from Ducale’s Origin have been sourced from a single farm in the Harrar region of Ethiopia, renowned for producing the best naturally processed Arabica coffee. An important part of our selection involves ensuring that the farm employs sustainable and responsible processes.
