Delivery & Returns

We do our best to provide delivery in the fastest time possible! 
Your order should arrive within 2-10 business days from receiving payment.
Delivery time will vary depending on your destination, ordered product, availability, and type.
Due to popularity, products on backorder from the manufacturer may result in a delay in delivery time.

Delivery is automatically calculated to most Australian metropolitan areas.
The size, weight and distance of the delivery address may fall under extra postage or international post pricing, which may include an extra charge. (can include some items to WA, NT, QLD and outside of Australia). If there are any delivery issues you will be advised during order processing.

Purchase Network can deliver to PO BOX, personal address, business, university, etc. via secure logistics.

The Total Price is displayed during checkout, which includes any additional fees, discounts, taxes and postage costs. By clicking Confirm you are agreeing to the total and website terms for use and purchase.

We require, where possible, that the recipient sign for the delivery. Proof of person or payment may be required before your order can be dispatched. You agree that we have satisfied this condition where a signature has been received from the recipient, appropriate agent or proxy recipient of the order (chosen at the courier partner's discretion). This includes, but is not limited to, a hotel or office receptionist signing on receipt of delivery at the specified address. You agree that in doing so we have delivered the order within the terms of agreement.

You agree that when our courier partner is satisfied that the order has been delivered; delivery of the order has taken place within the terms of the agreement between yourself and us. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery. You agree that late delivery does not constitute as a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to a cancellation of your order. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion.

Returns conditions
Please choose your goods carefully. We cannot provide refunds due to a simple change of mind. Purchase Network has a 14 day returns policy for any goods that are faulty, which can be returned for exchange. In these circumstances, Purchase Network will pay for the cost of returning the goods back to you if faults are found.
Once we have receive an order, return or exchange of the order is within our sole discretion, and may be subject to refund charges, minus the costs incurred and restocking fee.
Products that are sold with a full manufacturer’s warranty are honoured according to the manufacturer’s specifications. For more information regarding the manufacturer’s warranty, customers may be required to contact the manufacturer's technical support department directly in order to acquire authorisation for the return of any faulty products.

Procedure for returning Goods
All faulty goods to be returned, will require prior contact and confirmation via email. Returns take approximately 2-10 business days to process from the date of returning goods to Purchase Network.
Unless otherwise specified, the benefits conferred by warranties set out herein are additional to all other conditions, warranties, guarantees, rights and remedies expressed or implied by the Trade Practices Act.

Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to not provide goods or services, terminate membership accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders (or part thereof), at our sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights. 
Lack of communication or interaction regarding orders may result in an order cancellation, and this may incur admin fees.

Cancellation by You
If you need to cancel an order, please contact Purchase Network immediately. Our agreement with you only comes into existence once we have confirmed your order, or your payment has been received. Once we have received an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion. Also, a cancellation fee and restocking costs may be incurred. Orders that cannot be cancelled will be subject to our terms, conditions and policies relating to Returns and Exchanges.

Faulty or Damaged Goods on Delivery
Purchase Network's main priority is your satisfaction. If you receive products that are damaged or faulty, we will happily organise an exchange for you. You must return damaged/faulty goods within 14 days of receipt. If a product is later deemed to be faulty, normal warranty conditions for that product apply. It is the recipient's responsibility to incur all costs, and to follow warranty instructions as stated on the product warranty card as specified by the manufacturer. In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will dispatch to you a replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return, at our cost.

Please note that all products that are found to be non-defective will incur the delivery costs of returning the item to Purchase Network. Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received, and Purchase Network is satisfied with the integrity of the order. Purchase Network is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or a product.

Placing and Accepting Orders
Placement of an order constitutes as an offer to enter into an agreement with us (your offer). We will send you an Order Confirmation email for the sole purpose of confirming the details of your offer. Please note that our Order Confirmation does not constitute as an acceptance of your offer or reflect the status of your order in any way.
Incomplete orders, uncollected goods, partial payments, or incomplete payment of freight costs, will result in order cancellation as well as administration fees at your cost, which can include the re-sale of unclaimed goods.
