They are ideal for use on CD casesplastic cutleryimitation glasswarelow cost brittle toysfoamed polystyrene cups and takeaway clamshellsprotective packaging and building and food insulation and where welding of PS plastic is needed.

PS is clearglassyrigid opaque semi tough and softens at 95C.

it is affected by fat acids and solvents but is resistant to alkalis and salt solutions.

It has low water absorption and when not pigmented is clear is also odour and taste free.
